Terms and Conditions
Antes de utilizar nuestros servicios, te pedimos que leas detenidamente los siguientes términos y condiciones que rigen nuestra relación contigo, el cliente. Al hacer uso de nuestros servicios, aceptas y te comprometes a cumplir con los siguientes términos:
1. Reservations:
1.1. The reservation and/or quotation of our tourist transportation services are made only through:
- Web page (www.cistransfers.com)
- WhatsApp (+52 998 111 8927)
- Official website of Facebook (www.facebook.com/CisTransfers).
1.2. The prices of our services are subject to seasonal changes, however, clients who have made a previous reservation will be guaranteed the price agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Changes:
2.1. All changes are subject to availability.
2.2 For pick up date and/or time changes at no cost, they must be requested at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled pick up time. In case of not being able to operate the service according to the requested change, the client will be entitled to a full refund on the cost paid for our service only.
2.3. For pick up date and/or time changes requested less than 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled pick up time, the client will be charged a penalty of 25% of the cost of the service. In case of not being able to operate the service according to the requested change, the client will be entitled to a 50% refund on the cost paid for our service only.
2.4. For changes made at the time of boarding without prior notification, CisTransfers reserves the right to continue or cancel the service depending on the situation presented. In case of continuing with the service the client will have to pay a penalty of 25% of the cost of the service, if the service cannot be provided due to the situation presented, the service will be cancelled without any reimbursement.
2.5. For route changes requested at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled pick up time, the corresponding adjustment in the original fare will be applied considering the new distance between origin and destination. In case of not being able to operate the service according to the requested change, the customer will be entitled to a full refund on the original cost paid.
2.6. For route changes requested less than 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled pick up time, the corresponding adjustment will be applied to the original fare considering the new distance between origin and destination + a penalty of 25% of the updated service cost. In case of not being able to operate the service according to the requested change, the customer will be entitled to a 50% refund on the original cost paid.
2.7. In case the number of passengers increases and a second vehicle is required, the client must make a second reservation with the current price on the web page.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
3.1. Cancellations must be requested at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled pick up time to be eligible for a full refund.
3.2. In case the client cancels less than 1 day (24 hours) before the pick up time of the service, a penalty equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the service will be applied.
3.3. CisTransfers reserves the right to cancel or modify a tourist transportation service due to adverse weather conditions, force majeure or security reasons. In such cases, a full refund of the cost paid for our service only or a rescheduling of the service will be offered, according to the client's preference.
4. Client's Responsibilities:
4.1. Provide accurate and updated information when booking your transportation, including: origin, destination, date, pick up time, number of passengers, passenger contact information, alternate contact number (companion, family member or friend), flight numbers and any special requirements.
4.2. Contact us via WhatsApp upon arrival and/or departure from Cancun International Airport.
4.3. Arrive at the designated meeting point for the start of the transportation service. Unjustified delays may result in forfeiture of service without refund.
4.4. During the transportation service, clients must follow the instructions and regulations of the driver and respect the local and national regulations in force in the places visited. In case of any direct or indirect damage to the driver and/or the vehicle, it will be reported to the corresponding authorities and the service will be terminated.
5. Responsibilities of CisTransfers:
5.1. Make contact attempts through the available means provided by the client to coordinate their arrival and/or departure from Cancun International Airport.
5.2. Have a vehicle available at the passenger's arrival and/or departure at the Cancun International Airport.
5.3. Wait for the client the regulatory time according to the type of service contracted:
- For international arrivals (transfers from the airport), the vehicle will wait for the passenger for 1 hour and 30 minutes (90 minutes) from flight landing.
- For domestic arrivals (transfers from the airport), the vehicle will wait for the passenger for 1 hour (60 minutes) from flight landing.
- For departures (transfers to the airport) the vehicle will wait for the passenger in the lobby of the hotel or agreed meeting point for 15 minutes.
5.4. Provide a safe, comfortable and professional transportation service.
5.5. Provide clear and accurate information on the services offered, as well as on the costs involved and any applicable restrictions.
5.6. We strive to comply with the established schedules, but we are not responsible for delays or unforeseen changes beyond our control.
5.7. In case the client does not respond to contact attempts and does not show up at the meeting point during the regulatory waiting time, it will be considered as non-attendance of the passenger and will not be entitled to any reimbursement.
6. Insurance and Liability:
6.1. CisTransfers has the necessary insurance and permits to operate its tourist transportation services.
6.2. CisTransfers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident or expense incurred by the client during the service, unless directly attributable to gross negligence on the part of the company.
6.3. Clients must ensure that they have their own travel and health insurance to cover any eventuality that may occur during the service.
7. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions:
CisTransfers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective as of the date of posting.
